By signing up for the Highclere Castle Gin Monthly Subscription (“Subscription”) you (i) agree to be bound by the Highclere Terms of Use [https://highclerecastlegin.com/terms/] and Privacy Policy [https://highclerecastlegin.com/privacy/] and these Subscription Terms and (ii) authorize Highclere’s third-party fulfillment partners to process a recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided and ship you one (1) bottle of Highclere Castle Gin (or more if indicated by you) each month. If you do not agree with these Subscription Terms, you may not sign up for the Subscription.
Unless you opt out of the Subscription, which can be done via the method described below, the Subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of one month. By subscribing to the Subscription, you acknowledge that the Subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to the effective date of your cancellation of your Subscription. All recurring payments relating to the Subscription are fully earned upon payment and nonrefundable. Subscription pricing is subject to change. Highclere hereby reserves the right at any time to (i) alter these Subscriptions Terms and/or (ii) terminate your Subscription. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit Subscriptions that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
To change or cancel your Subscription, email us at info@highclerecastlespirits.com. If you terminate your Subscription, your Subscription will not be renewed after your then-current Subscription term expires. Any fees paid prior to your notice of cancellation are non-refundable. If payment has been made or a shipment has already been processed prior to cancellation, it will billed and shipped as normal and you will not receive another shipment thereafter.
The Subscription is available only to those customers who are of legal drinking age with the legal authority to purchase alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction. By signing up for the Subscription, you agree to obey all applicable laws relating to the purchase of alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to the prohibition of sales of alcoholic beverages to minors.
All provisions of these Subscription Terms, as well as the Highclere Terms of Use [https://highclerecastlegin.com/terms/] and Privacy Policy [https://highclerecastlegin.com/privacy/], which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions and limitations of liability.
