THE NEGRONI SPRITZ

1.5 OZ. HIGHCLERE CASTLE GIN

1 OZ. CAMPARI

1 OZ. ST. GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

1 DASH OF ORANGE BITTERS

SPARKLING WINE

Add gin, Campari, St. Germain liqueur, and a dash of orange bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake ingredients. Strain into a tall wine glass or champagne flute with ice. top with dry sparkling wine. garnish with an orange slice or peel and rosemary sprig.
