2 oz. Highclere Castle Gin
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Ginger Syrup
2 tbsp. Cranberry Sauce
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Rosemary Sprig
1 Egg white

Rub the rosemary between the palms of your hands. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice (even better with frozen cranberries). Shake well for one minute, then double strain into a glass. Garnish with rosemary sprigs or dried oranges, freshy grated nutmeg and enjoy!
