LADY BOSC

1.75 oz. Highclere Castle Gin
0.75 oz. Pear Liqueur
1 oz. Pear nectar
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Cardamom bitters
1 Dash Ground Cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pear slice.
