GIN SOUR

2 parts Gin
1 part Lemon
1 part Simple Syrup

Combine ingredients in a Boston Shaker without ice and shake well for 15 seconds. (if using an egg white variation, the dry shake allows the egg white to mix better and creates a frothier consistency). Add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass, rocks glass, or coupe glass. Garnish with a spiral lemon twist. *Variations: egg white adds a silky mouthfeel and lovely foam *To make a “Tom Collins” strain our sour into a tumbler style glass, add ice and top with seltzer water. *Blend any fruit flavor with simple syrup.
