FOG CITY NEGRONI

1 oz. Highclere Castle Gin
1 oz. Earl Grey Tea infused with Campari
1 oz. Cinzano sweet vermouth rosso (for extra points, infuse with vanilla beans)

Combine all ingredients and filter through a chemex. Once strained add to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a low ball glass over large ice cube.
